On July 20, 2009, the Company issued a press release reporting that its Board of Directors had rejected the previously reported unsolicited expression of interest received from Wilcom, Inc. to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of the Company for $1.00 per share. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
