Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 17, 2009, Georgia Gulf Corporation issued a press release announcing that it has (A) extended the expiration date for its private offers to exchange all of its outstanding 7.125% Senior Notes due 2013, 9.5% Senior Notes due 2014, and 10.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016 (the "exchange offers") until 12:00 midnight, New York City time on July 23, 2009 and (B) lowered the minimum tender condition to consummation of the exchange offers to 94 percent, as more fully described in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
