On July 17, 2009, UGI Corporation announced that David W. Trego resigned as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Registrant's wholly owned subsidiary, UGI Utilities, Inc. ("Utilities"), for personal reasons.
Utilities' Board of Directors appointed John L. Walsh to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 16, 2009. Mr. Walsh also serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of UGI Corporation and will continue to serve as Utilities' Vice Chairman.
