On July 13, 2009, T. Stephen Johnson, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TeamStaff, Inc. (the "Company") notified the Company of his decision to resign his position as Chairman of the Board effective immediately. Although relinquishing his responsibilities as Chairman, Mr. Johnson will remain as a Class I Director.
Mr. Frederick G. Wasserman, a Class II Director, will assume the position of Chairman of the Board to replace Mr. Johnson.
