Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On July 15, 2009, the Board of Directors of DWS Global Commodities Stock Fund, Inc. (the "Fund") adopted an amendment to the bylaws of the Fund (the "Amendment"). The Amendment provides that the annual meeting of stockholders shall be held on a date fixed from time to time by the Board of Directors.
