Appointment of Principal Officers
On July 13, 2009, ClearOne Communications, Inc. (the "Company") appointed Mr.
Narsi Narayanan as the principal financial officer and principal accounting
officer.
On July 14, 2009, the Company issued a press release titled ClearOne names Narsi
Narayanan as Vice President of Finance. The full text of the Company's press
