On July 13, 2009, Alliance One International, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the initial purchasers of $100 million principal amount of its 5 ½% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014 (the "Convertible Notes") have elected to exercise, in full, their over-allotment option to purchase an additional $15 million principal amount of the Convertible Notes.
