Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On July 6, 2009, Christian Stahl and Frank Ehmer resigned from the Board of
Directors of Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (the "Company") in order to
ensure that the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company contains a
majority of independent directors. Messrs. Stahl and Ehmer will become observers
to the Board of Directors.
