Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On July 9, 2009, PHAZAR CORP issued a press release announcing that Antenna Products Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary was awarded a contract from the Federal Aviation Administration. The contract is for a base year with four option years with a potential of $3,000,000.
