Change in Directors or Principal Officers
On April 23, 2009, Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd) announced that Joseph R. Trpik, Jr. would become Acting Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer effective on May 30, 2009. Effective as of July 6, 2009, Mr. Trpik was elected as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of ComEd on a permanent basis. Mr. Trpik, who is 40, previously served as Vice President and Assistant Corporate Controller of Exelon Business Services Company (EBSC), a position he had held since 2004. Prior to that position, Mr. Trpik served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for EBSC.
