Officers.
On June 29, 2009, the employment relationship between Active Power, Inc. (the
"Company") and James M. Murphy, the Company's Vice President of Sales for the
EMEA and Asia Pacific regions, was terminated, effective July 31, 2009. The
Company has extended an offer to a potential replacement. In the meantime, the
Company's existing EMEA and Asia Pacific sales management will report directly
to the Company's Chief Executive Officer.
