On July 1, 2009, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of
Information Services Group, Inc. (the "Company") approved an annual base salary
of $650,000, effective July 1, 2009, for the Chief Executive Officer Michael P.
Connors. From the Company's inception on July 20, 2006 until July 1, 2009,
Mr. Connors did not receive an annual base salary for his services.
