(b) Effective June 26, 2009, Terry Purchal resigned his positions as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of T Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiary, T Bank, N.A. in order to accept a position with Hudson Advisors. The Company and the Bank have not identified a replacement for Mr. Purchal.
