On June 30, 2009, Alliance One International, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had priced $100 million aggregate principal amount of its 5 ½% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014 (the "Convertible Notes") and had granted the initial purchasers thereof an option to purchase up to an additional $15 million aggregate principal amount of Convertible Notes solely to cover over-allotments.
