Appointment of Principal Officers.
On June 29, 2009 Accenture Ltd ("Accenture") issued a press release announcing
that Stephen J. Rohleder will resign the position of chief operating officer of
Accenture, effective August 31, 2009. Mr. Rohleder will assume the role of group
chief executive of the Health & Public Service operating group of Accenture
effective September 1, 2009.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
