On June 22, 2009, Teton Energy Corporation (the "Company") appointed Dominic Bazile, the Company's Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and a director, to serve as President. Mr. Bazile's appointment as President follows the resignation of Karl Arleth on May 5, 2009.
