Item 8.01. Other Events.

On June 16, 2009, we issued a press release announcing that we had received the Editor's Choice Award from Computer Times. On June 19, 2009, Computer Times rescinded that award based on comments apparently received from a reader. On June 25, 2009 we issued a press release in which we stated that we disagree with Computer Times' decision and that we stand behind our UL certified product.

A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
