(b) John E. Baker announced his retirement as Chief Financial Officer and
and (c) Senior Vice President effective as of the close of business on June 24,
2009. Mr. Baker will continue providing services to the Company for a
transition period.

As previously reported in the Company's current report on Form 8-K filed with
the SEC on April 30, 2009, Erin D. Pickens has assumed the duties of Chief
Financial Officer effective upon Mr. Baker's retirement.
