Officers.
On June 22, 2009, the Board of Directors of H.B. Fuller Company (the "Company")
accepted the resignation of Richard L. Marcantonio as a director of the Company
effective immediately. Mr. Marcantonio's resignation as a director of the
Company is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter
relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
