On June 24, 2009, DPL Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio ("PUCO") approved the settlement agreement that the Company's principal subsidiary, The Dayton Power and Light Company ("DP&L"), entered into in February 2009 with the staff of the PUCO, the Office of the Ohio Consumers' Council and other intervening parties on DP&L's electric security plan.
