On June 25, 2009, Christopher & Banks Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release disclosing material nonpublic information regarding the Company's operating results for its first fiscal quarter ended May 30, 2009. In the release, the Company also disclosed certain key financial metrics for its second fiscal quarter ending August 29, 2009 and fiscal year ending February 27, 2010.
