On June 16, 2009, 26,832 shares of restricted stock held by S. E. Parks, Senior Vice President and former Chief Financial Officer vested on an accelerated basis. The Board of Directors authorized this accelerated vesting because of Mr. Parks' agreement to remain with the Company during a protracted search for his replacement.
