From June 23 through 25, 2009, representatives of PPL Corporation ("PPL" or the "Company") will hold meetings with certain members of the investment community. At these meetings, the representatives will discuss the Company's corporate strategy and general business outlook and, it is expected, reaffirm the Company's previously announced ongoing earnings forecasts of $1.60 to $1.90 per share for 2009 and $3.60 to $4.20 per share for 2010.
