(b) Resignation of Director
Effective June 3, 2009, H.H. Wommack, III resigned from the Board of
Directors of Basic Energy Services, Inc. ("Basic"). The resignation was not due
to any disagreement.
On June 8, 2009, Basic issued a press release announcing the resignation of
Mr. Wommack from the Board. The press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto
and is incorporated herein by reference.
