On June 19, 2009, Performance Pricing, Inc., a subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation, entered into a settlement agreement with Microsoft Corporation. The settlement agreement resolves patent litigation, Case No. 2:07-cv-432 (LED), that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
