On June 16, 2009, Cameron International Corporation ("Cameron") issued a press
release announcing the election of Jon Erik Reinhardsen as an independent
director of the Company, effective June 12, 2009. The Board appointed Mr.
Reinhardsen to serve as a member of the Audit Committee of the Company's Board
of Directors. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and
is incorporated by reference into this item.
