Officers.
Effective June 15, 2009, Ms. Judith Z. Adam has accepted a new managerial
position with TFS Financial Corporation ("the Company") and relinquished her
duties as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company.
The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Paul J. Huml as Chief
Accounting Officer for the Company effective June 15, 2009. Since 2002, Mr. Huml
has held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the Company, and he will
retain this position.
