On June 15, 2009, O'Charley's Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing that it has agreed to outsource its food and supply distribution for
its Ninety Nine Restaurants to Reinhardt Food Service, L.L.C. ("Reinhart") and
to sell related assets at its distribution facility in Bellingham, Massachusetts
to Reinhart. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
