On June 11, 2009, The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that on June 10, 2009, it had agreed to sell $600 million in aggregate principal amount of its 10.0% Senior Notes due 2017 to qualified institutional buyers.
