On June 11, 2009, we issued a press release announcing that our presentation at the 20098 CAPP Oil & Gas Investment Symposium will be broadcast live via webcast accessible through Canadian Association Petroleum Producers. The presentation is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 16th of June, 2009 at 1:55pm Mountain Daylight Time (3:55pm Eastern Daylight Time). Jean Paul Roy, President and Chief Executive Officer will make the presentation. We also announced that we will host a webcast with Mr. Jean Paul Roy, President and CEO of GeoGlobal Resources Inc. This webcast will provide investors an opportunity to ask questions on the operations of the Company. This question and answer session will last for one hour. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
