On June 4, 2009, the Registrant issued a press release that announced results of a Preliminary Economic Assessment and increases to the estimated measured and indicated resources by 12.8% at its Mt. Todd gold project in Australia. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
