On June 10, 2009, Martin T. Hart, a member of the Board of Directors of The Spectranetics Corporation, gave notice that he is retiring from the Board effective following the Board meeting on such date. Accordingly, Mr. Hart's service as a Spectranetics director ended following the Board meeting on June 10, 2009.
