Change in Directors or Principal Officers
On June 4, 2009, the Company's Board of Directors elected Mr. Donald Balletto as a Director of the Company. Mr. Balletto will serve on both the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Balletto was born in San Francisco, California in 1944, and served in the United States Naval Air Reserve - Active Duty, 1965 -1967.
Mr. Balletto graduated from California State University in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting). He began his professional career in 1970 as an accountant with the firm of Rooney, Ida, Nolt & Ahern, Certified Public Accountants, in Oakland, California.
He then worked with Canada Safeway from 1973 until 2006, when he retired as Director of Labour Relations, BC Division, Canada Safeway Ltd., in Vancouver, British Columbia.
