Change in Directors or Principal Officers
On June 5, 2009, Employers Mutual Casualty Company (Employers Mutual), the Registrant's parent company, announced that Raymond W. Davis, Senior Vice President and Treasurer for the Registrant and Employers Mutual, plans to retire in 2010 after 30 years with the companies. In anticipation of Mr. Davis' retirement, plans are underway to ensure a seamless transition of his responsibilities.
