On June 4, 2009, Aydin Displays, Inc., a subsidiary of Video Display Corporation, announced that it had entered into a settlement agreement with Barco Federal Systems, LLC and Barco N.V., a Belgian corporation. The settlement agreement resolves patent litigation pending in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia, 1:08-cv-01252-JEC.
