Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 2, 2009, Molson Coors Brewing Company ("Molson Coors" or the "Company")
announced that Kevin T. Boyce, President and Chief Executive Officer of Molson
Canada Inc. ("Molson"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, would leave
Molson effective June 5, 2009. In connection with his departure from Molson,
Mr. Boyce will receive payments and benefits as described in the Company's
Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 21, 2008.
