Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Lexmark International, Inc. (the "Company") has announced that effective June 5,
2009, Mr. Gary D. Stromquist has accepted a new role as Vice President,
Corporate Finance and Vice President of Finance within the Company's Printing
Solutions and Services Division, and will no longer serve as the Company's
principal accounting officer. Mr. John W. Gamble, Jr., the Company's Executive
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer has assumed the role of principal
accounting officer, effective immediately.
