On June 5, 2009, the Corporation issued a press release regarding a patent infringement suit filed by LML Patent Corp., a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of the Corporation, against 6 defendants in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
