On June 3, 2009, DRI Corporation announced that its shareholders approved both of the proposals put before them during the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 2, 2009, at The Westin Galleria Dallas in Texas.

In the same press release, the Company also announced the comments made to shareholders by David L. Turney, the Company's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, immediately following the business meeting.

The Company further announced in the same press release that management plans to discuss second quarter 2009 results during an investors' conference call on or about August 17, 2009.
