On June 1, 2009, Georgia Gulf Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has extended the early participation deadline and expiration date for its private exchange offers to exchange all of its outstanding 7.125% Senior Notes due 2013, 9.5% Senior Notes due 2014, and 10.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016 until 12:00 midnight, New York City time on June 15, 2009, as more fully described in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
