On June 1, 2009, LaCrosse Footwear, Inc. issued a press release entitled "LACROSSE FOOTWEAR COMPLETES END FOOTWEAR ACQUISITION," announcing the closing of the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Environmentally Neutral Design Outdoor, Inc., including inventory, intellectual property, and other assets. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
