Regulation FD Disclosure, Financial Statements and Exhibits
On June 1, 2009, NIC Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has been awarded the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division ("MVD") contract to manage the driver history database for up to four years. The contract has an initial one-year term and MVD has three one-year renewal options that run through June 2013. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
