Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 28, 2009, F. Lane Cardwell, Jr., a director of Famous Dave's of
America, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Board of Directors of the Company
(the "Board") that he was resigning from the Board effective immediately. A copy
of the press release we issued to announce Mr. Cardwell's resignation is
furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
