Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Effective May 29, 2009, Michael J. Wallace was named Chief Operating Officer of Constellation Energy Group, Inc. ("Constellation"). Mr. Wallace, age 61, will remain Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of Constellation, positions in which he has served since March 2008 and January 2004, respectively. He also served as President (from January 2002 to September 2008) and Chief Executive Officer (from May 2005 to September 2008) of Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation.
