As previously reported on Form 8-K filed March 17, 2009, David W. Oskin was elected to Rayonier Inc.'s Board of Directors effective March 16, 2009. On May 22, 2009, Mr. Oskin was appointed to the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.
