Officers.
On May 21, 2009, ZymoGenetics, Inc. announced that Nicole Onetto, M.D., Senior
Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, will end her employment with
ZymoGenetics, Inc. effective June 5, 2009. A separation and release arrangement
with Dr. Onetto has not yet been finalized, but will be described in a
subsequent filing if and as may be required.
