year ended December 31, 2008, as recasted to give effect to the adoption of
Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 160, Noncontrolling Interests in
Consolidated Financial Statements, was posted to the investor relations section
of the Liberty Global, Inc. (Liberty Global) website (www.lgi.com). UPC Holding
is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Global. This Current Report
on Form 8-K is being furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 and shall not be deemed to
be "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Act of 1934 or otherwise
subject to liabilities of that Section.
