Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
The Board of Directors announced at a regular meeting, that they appointed
Stephen A. Roell as President of Johnson Controls, Inc., effective May 19, 2009.
Mr. Roell now serves as Chairman of the Board of the Company, as well as, Chief
Executive Officer and President of the Company. At this time, the Company has
not taken action to hire or appoint anyone to the role of Chief Operating
Officer.
