On May 19, 2009, Donaldson Company, Inc. (the "Company") announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of 11.5 cents per share, payable June 12, 2009 to shareholders of record as of May 29, 2009. As of April 30, 2009, there were approximately 77,200,000 shares outstanding. The current declaration is the 215th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Donaldson over a time span of 53 years.
