Resignation of Named Executive Officer
On May 14, 2009, Ralph R. Berggren, Senior Vice President and Secretary of Community Shores Bank Corporation (the "Company"), resigned from his positions as an officer of the Company. Mr. Berggren is continuing to serve the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Community Shores Bank (the "Bank"), as a Senior Vice President of the Bank.
